The Mirror is a behavioral observation system. It generates observations based on your answers to structured behavioral audit questions.

The Mirror is not:

• A substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical care
• A diagnostic tool for mental health conditions
• Professional advice of any kind
• A system designed to produce, guarantee, or promise any specific outcome or behavioral change

If you need professional support, contact a qualified healthcare provider.

You are responsible for:

• How you interpret and use insights provided by The Mirror
• Any decisions or actions you take based on your results
• Seeking professional help if needed
• Providing accurate information in your audit responses
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

Price: $9.99 per month (USD)

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the platform where the subscription was purchased (web or app store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Changes: We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

Free Trial (if applicable): Trial users receive full subscription access for a limited time. At the end of the trial, standard subscription rules apply.

You agree not to:

• Use The Mirror for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app
• Use automated systems to access the app without permission
• Misrepresent The Mirror as providing professional services

The Mirror's design, code, content, and insights remain the property of The Mirror. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without permission.

Your audit responses and personal data belong to you. By using the app, you grant us permission to process this data to provide the service.

To the extent permitted by law, The Mirror is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Actions you take based on insights or reflections
• Any harm resulting from use or misuse of the app
• Inaccuracies in generated insights
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Mirror operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
